Refund and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. Products in digital format cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time before you see a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at labibliaencomic@gmail.com and send your item to: La Alameda, CoΓn, MΓ‘laga, 29100, Spain.
Digital Products - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer and e-commerce legislation, we inform you that, as this is a digital product (ebook, guide, course, or other downloadable content), once the purchase has been made and access to the content has been granted, the user loses their right of withdrawal. This means that returns or refunds will not be accepted once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except in the case of a technical failure attributable to the seller.
By making a purchase, the customer expressly accepts this condition and consents to the immediate execution of the contract, knowing that this implies the loss of their right of withdrawal according to the corresponding article of the e-commerce regulations.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipment

You are responsible for returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Delivery Times and Special Dates
We do not accept returns or refund requests for delivery delays related to specific dates, such as Christmas, birthdays, or other special occasions. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure arrival by your desired date, as shipping times may vary depending on third-party logistics.
If you're shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
